Excellent value for money

A very good small hotel with only 8 rooms. The French breakfast is included. The owners are nice and can give you good advice for your trip. The pool is good and there are no problems with the hot water. Children feel at home. We went to another hotel on the beach in Tulum that was much more expensive (without breakfast) and not the best!
